Power Pups
Specially designed classes for little kids from 3 - 4 years old. Our professional instructors follow fun, structured class plans that are appropriate for this age group. Students are moving into an exciting discovery stage and enjoy the exciting activities and interaction with other children their age.
Youth Program
Children enrolled in Metro United Karate nationally recognized program will learn the confidence to stand up to life's challenges. Students can expect improvements in coordination, physical fitness, focus, and discipline. Students in this age group will be welcomed into our program.
Teen Program
Give your teens the lifelong gifts of personal success, confidence, discipline, and self-defense! Students in this age group will be welcomed into our Teen program.
